Terms of Service/Rules

• Regarding usage

+ The commissioned artwork is strictly for personal/non-commercial use only, please ask me if you have any questions about usage.
+ Please don't claim the art is your own, and provide credit/link back (twitter/tumblr/toyhou.se) if you are reposting it.
+ Slight modifications are fine for personal avatars or graphics but do not make extreme edits (e.g. removing my signature). If you're unsure feel free to run your concerns by me!
+ I sometimes post commissions on social media or on my personal website for portfolio purposes, if you have any issues with this please tell me beforehand.

• Regarding refunds

+ There are no refunds offered for pre-made designs or finished commissions.
+ if I cancel the commission you get a full refund,
+ if you cancel the commission after I've started you will only get a partial refund,
+ if you cancel the commission before I've started you will get a full refund.

• Etc.

+ I accept/reject requests upon my descretion, apologies if I deny yours!
+ Please give me at least 2~3 weeks turnaround time.
+ All payment is done through paypal invoice, USD only.

Process

contact me (seasalt.watermelon@gmail.com) with your request
→ accept/deny your request + discuss any issues (e.g. time constraints/payment)
→ I will send an invoice
→ WIP sketch + any revisions
→ send full payment
→ I will send the finished image within 2~3 weeks time!
→ I can make minor edits but any major changes will incur a fee.
* I am also fine with accepting payment half upfront and half after I send a low-res watermarked version of the final pic.

Filter

I will draw: OCs w/ drawn refs, fancharacters/fanart, guro, couple art (I charge per character unless otherwise stated)

I might draw: OCs w/o drawn refs (+added fee), real people, furry/anthro/feral (usually fine if it's pixel art)

I won't draw: elderly, mecha, nsfw/fetish art
